Confirm the interview before it's a no-show
Screening gets an applicant in the door — it doesn't get them to the interview. Owners lose up to 80% of scheduled interviews to no-shows, even after screening. Homebase closes that gap with an automated call or text that re-confirms the time, reschedules if it doesn't work, and answers whatever the candidate needs before they show up. It attacks conversion, not volume.
