Homebase reaches out first
It's 7am. The owner hasn't opened an app or made a call. Homebase runs the schedule, so it already knows a shift is about to go unfilled — and the push opens straight into the app with the work already done: posting drafted, past fits lined up.
Note the order: publish, then the people Homebase already has — with boost offered as an add-on, not a toll. Leading with owned supply is the honest, on-strategy move; the always-on "Need to hire?" banner is the thing this replaces. Offboarding signals, candidate pool, and job-board posting simulated for the demo.
